In this online lecture we explore and examine Emily Bronte’s great novel, Wuthering Heights. In this lecture we rebut the common interpretation of romantic love. Instead, we learn that Wuthering Heights condemns the illicit love of Heathcliff and Catherine and how the love of forgiveness exhibited by Cathy Hinton is what is praised in the novel. As such, the love story is really about the redemption offered in forgiveness.
